Our Zirelson project comprises three 7-story residential buildings and 102 apartments, 55 of which are new. An apartment in this location offers unique, high-quality residence that is also suitable for families with children in the city that doesn't sleep.

Details such as a place for the keys, responsive kitchen, the distance between the sink and the dishwasher and the best use of space in bedrooms – all of which create a pleasant atmosphere. The design is elegant and laid back inside and out, and even the common areas are meticulously planned for access to residents and their guests.

Another unique feature of our Zirelson project is that it is contained within four streets that create a three-quarter of an acre land unit.
