Post the Six-Day War, Ashtrom solidified its position in Israel's construction and infrastructure sector, contributing to the development of hundreds of thousands of housing units across the nation. Concurrently, it expanded its contracting endeavors, initiating concrete factories nationwide and engaging in raw material mining. By the end of the decade, it extended its contracting activities internationally, undertaking projects in Jamaica and the Caribbean.
1963 - Ashtrom Group is founded by Yehezkel Nussbaum, Haim Giron, Lipa Meshorer, and Elimelech Mayblom.
1965 - Haim Rubin joins the group as a partner and as a representative of the Gutwirt family.

This venture began with the Bat Yam mall's development, focusing mainly on trade and retail. Over time, the group expanded its involvement in income-producing properties to include offices, industrial and logistics complexes, as well as mixed-use properties. Approximately a decade later, Ashtrom extended its reach internationally by acquiring and managing properties in both England and Germany.

Recognizing the magnitude of the situation, the group promptly responded to the request of the Minister of immigration at the time to construct thousands of housing units within a span of 3 years—an unprecedented challenge by any standard. The group adeptly fulfilled its mission, playing a central role for over a decade in the establishment of new cities and the expansion of neighborhoods, spanning from north to south.
1995 - Constructing of the city of Beitar Illit for the ultra-orthodox sector.
1996 - Constructing a new residential neighborhood for immigrants in Kiryat Shmona.
