The project is comprised of two stages. Stage A includes construction of two luxury residential buildings, 9 and 11 floors high, with 79 residential units including 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments and penthouses, and 4 underground parking levels. Stage B, scheduled to be completed 18 months after Stage A, will include construction of 137 additional residential units in two buildings.

The complex, over an area of 13,000 sqm, will have a unique panoramic view and about 8,000 sqm of Japanese gardens, and walking and bicycle trails. It is located within walking distance from the central Merkaz HaCarmel area, Louis Promenade, Haifa Auditorium, Haifa Cinematheque, and Panorama Center.

Ashtrom Contracting, via its subsidiary Ashtrom Engineering North, adheres to strict safety and professional-construction guidelines throughout the project – from deep excavation, raft casting and scaffolding, to work on the apartments’ internal systems (like plumbing, electricity, gas, communication, air conditioning), plaster work, flooring, plasterboard installation, painting, aluminum work, internal doors, and landscaping.

Ashtrom Contracting maintains meticulous planning and execution, conducts comprehensive testing for deficiencies, and repairs them during the work and throughout the entire project, from start to finish.
