The construction of this office tower, with 19 floors over an area of 22,000 sqm and 3 levels of underground parking over an area of 4,500 sqm, is actually the second stage of the project. A 5-floor office building, Vita House, had been constructed about a decade before work on the tower commenced.

The new tower is centrally located near the Ben Gurion-Aba Hillel Silver Junction which connects Bnei Brak to Ramat Gan, in proximity to a central bus terminal, Ayalon Mall, and numerous other commercial stores.

Construction and design – black and white

The Vita Tower lobby is characterized by a combination of black and white materials. The floor is designed in a variety of materials such as white resin and granolithic flooring with glass fragments, while the ceiling and the reception desk are covered with stainless steel profiles. Two immense lighting cubes hang from the ceiling, intensifying the feeling of spaciousness.

Ashtrom Contracting, via its subsidiary Ashtrom Engineering & Construction, maintained a high level of planning and execution, as well as professional handling of all types of deficiencies, throughout the entire project.
