Ashtrom Properties with its partners is the initiator and developer of The Capital project in Jerusalem. We elected to build an internationally unique complex of mixed use in the most attractive location in Jerusalem: at the entrance to the capital, between Yaffo Street and Shazar Street. Our project, which is a landmark in the architectural history of the city, includes residential towers and luxury businesses that will create a special, splendid living environment for the residents.
Project Information
The Capital Jerusalem is an innovative complex that covers an area of about 6 dunams (one acre and a half) in a strategic location in Israel's capital. It will include a luxurious residential building, an office tower with a business hotel, a retail floor and offices of various sizes, shops at street level and two pavilion buildings that will connect the project to an urban and lively boulevard. The project is about a 5-minute walk from central points of interest in the city, such as the Mahane Yehuda market, the Knesset, Sacher Park and other notable places.
It's the next thing
Ashtrom Properties is going with the global trend and is developing mixed-use projects. In The Capital, our strategy is creating an environment where people want to live, work, shop, spend their time and be entertained. We believe that this prestigious project, which is smartly and progressively designed in every parameter and is located on the axis of business, culture, government and tourism centers of Jerusalem will attract many individuals and businesses from Israel and abroad.
We are fortunate to realize our vision and present a complex that enables a powerful synergy between residence, commerce and employment. The abundance of possibilities that The Capital generates also includes optimal accessibility in the heart of the city: it is adjacent to the Red Line station of the light rail, which will allow tenants and residents to reach every location in the city within a few minutes; it is also close to the Israel Railway station with high-speed trains to Tel Aviv, Ben Gurion International Airport, Modi'in and Herzliya; it is near 280 bus lines and 2,600 meters of bicycle paths; and it also has easy and convenient multi-level accessibility for pedestrians with a direct bridge to the courthouses and the District Attorney's office.
