Suzuki Tower, located in a central business area and highly accessible from major thoroughfares like Ayalon Highways and from the city’s train stations, is comprised of a 17-floor business and commerce tower and 4 underground parking levels over a 21,000-sqm constructed area.

The tower is constructed of a contemporary mix of glass and aluminum. The ground floor includes a large showroom and a commercial area with cafés and restaurants, while the floor above it contains gardens and a wooden deck for social events and general use.

The construction process

Constructing a tower that combines commerce and offices in the heart of an area full of similar towers is complex and challenging. Ashtrom’s careful decision-making and in-depth consideration at both the planning and the execution stages were pivotal to the project’s success.
