Ashtrom Properties in partnership with Harel is the developer and manager of Shoham Shopping Center. This property is the oldest, and most innovative, shopping center in Shoham. We constantly improve the center, and it is indeed an attraction for shopping, recreation and entertainment. We have recently renovated the property, including its landscaping and public areas, and made the center more accessible to the public.
Project Information
Shoham Shopping Center is a property of about 7,700 sq.m., located at the heart of the town and has a diverse mix of tenants, as is our policy. The center contains offices, banks, HMO clinics, baby clinics, retail chains such as Super-Pharm drugstores and Fox apparel, cafés and restaurants. We see to it that the property provides offices with what they need for their activity and that small- and medium-sized businesses have a convenient and accessible location for their customers.
Unique experience
Ashtrom Properties places great importance on creating a tenant-centered environment. This is why we decided two years ago to upgrade the center and give it a major facelift. We installed new elevators, lighting and a green and manicured surroundings, with shaded areas, trees and flowers that makes the experience of visiting the center one of joy and beauty.
Because we are committed to giving the best experience to the diverse public that frequents the center, we take care to introduce suppliers that provide various solutions to the tenants. Thus, the property is also used as a social hub that hosts shows, events, fairs and family entertainment.
