The industrial park, defined as a national priority area, is located east of Sderot, near Road 232 and south of Road 334. It spreads out over an area of 850,000 sqm, serving over 100 factories in the plastic, metal, high-tech, and logistics industries.

The area comprises two compounds in two parallel streets. Each structure includes one or two floors, dedicated to traditional industry or logistic operations.

The compound includes logistic operations of several leading companies such as aeroflex, Strauss, and Gal Yasmin Marketing and Distribution, as well as traditional industry operations such as Sderot Packaging.

The structures also include paved and fenced operational yards for parking and unloading, for the renters’ use and logistic operations.

The compound, built to the professional standards befitting large logistic centers, includes all the infrastructures necessary for its operation, such as plumbing, electricity, air conditioning, etc.
