The Luxurious Royal Beach Hotel is a 23-floor building with 230 rooms. One part of the hotel consists of 1-4-bedroom luxury apartments with lavish technical specifications and spacious sun-filled balconies, most overlooking the beach and sea, as well as mini penthouses, penthouses, and a duplex, while another part is a vacation hotel. It also includes a 4th-floor swimming pool, a dining room, chef’s restaurant, opulent lobby, gym, spa, and sauna rooms.

Royal Beach is located on the boardwalk, close to Tel Aviv’s nightlife and recreation areas as well as to business centers. Within walking distance you can find many beaches, Neve Tzedek neighborhood, HaTachana Old Train Station, Old Jaffa, Nahalat Binyamin pedestrian mall, Rothschild Boulevard, and more.

Building materials and engineering challenges

The Royal Beach structure is comprised of aluminum profiles developed specifically for the hotel, including dry keep windows, parallel slider doors with built-in banisters and glass doors with axis opening, and large quantities of cantilevered balustrades and curtain walls. In addition, a steel pergola with a 70-sqm built-in glazing was constructed over the main entrance.

The hotel’s proximity to the beach forced Ashtrom Contracting to face engineering challenges from the excavation and infrastructure stage to work on the hotel’s internal systems – plumbing, electricity, gas, communication, air conditioning – as well as plaster work, flooring, etc.

Ashtrom Contracting, via its subsidiary Ashtrom Engineering & Construction, maintained meticulous planning, high standards of execution, and repair of construction deficiencies throughout the project.
