The project will comprise 4 buildings with 168 residential units for rent. The buildings, also including commercial spaces, are expected to be ready for occupancy in 2026.

The area is characterized by exceptional accessibility to the center of Israel – a 5-minute drive from Tel Aviv, in proximity to the entrances to and exits from Or Yehuda, close to Road 461 and the Light Rail’s purple line. As part of the urban plan, many resources will be allocated to developing the public spaces, including sprawling parks within the neighborhood.

In recent years, Or Yehuda has undergone a transformation into one of the most desirable cities in Israel, in virtue of its Municipality’s rigorous efforts to promote the construction of infrastructures and of thousands of residential units, and to create an excellent education system. This complex is part of a bigger goal – encouraging the migration of a young population to Or Yehuda, and keeping couples and families in the city.
