Project Description
The project, encompassing 49 thousand sq.m. over ground, consists of two office buildings of 7 and 9 floors and four parking levels, each of 30 thousand sq.m.
The Phoenix Campus is part of a larger complex that will also include industry and residences. The boundaries of the complex are Rehavam Zeevi Boulevard to the north, Maryland Boulevard to the west, Ayalon Highway (Route 20) to the east and Abba Eban Street to the south.
Many diverse transport routes pass through the complex or are near it. For example, Israel Railways' Moshe Dayan Station is just nearby as are three future light rail lines. The complex is also easily accessible to Route 4 and Route 431, which are very close to it.
The construction work
The construction of the complex is done using 11 active cranes and the work is distributed to four subcontractors who are responsible for the following areas of work: walling, excavation and piling; passenger elevators, parking and freight elevators and the data center lift; aluminum work – curtain walls, railings, metal works and cladding; office finishing works.
The distribution of the works and the project management are carried out by Ashtrom Contracting, through its subsidiary Ashtrom Engineering and Construction. The design and execution consist of numerous detailed tasks, including excavation and preparation of the ground, the structural shell, sealing, electromechanical system development, car parks, aluminum and finishing works that also include equipping and furnishing.
This integrated activity is done at a high professional standard with the use of advanced control and integration and timetable management systems and with strict adherence to safety procedures.
