The purpose of this project, spread out over a 10,000-sqm lot, is constructing a multi-purpose business complex comprised of spaces for commerce, industry, workshops, storage, logistics, recreation, and parking.

The logistic center is comprised of a commercial floor, 3 multi-purpose floors, and a roof floor, and its cost is estimated at ILS 170 million.

What a logistic center is made of

The structure is constructed using prefab elements including 18-meter prefab columns, various sizes of prefab girders, 4 prestressed hollow concrete slabs in varying thickness, precast walls produced in an innovative battery mold with openings for roll-up doors and fire doors, and prestressed concrete slabs. The center includes all infrastructure for plumbing, electricity and air conditioning that are required for its operation.

Yuka Yahalomim was constructed according to the professional standards characterizing other large logistic centers in the world. Ashtrom Contracting strictly adheres to meticulous planning and execution, and comprehensively tests and repairs deficiencies throughout the project, from excavation and shoring to finishing work and landscaping.
