The LYFE Towers project consists of two phases. In the first phase, two office towers were built – the A tower, with 34 floors, and the B Tower with 36 floors. In the second phase, Tower C, with 51 floors, will be built. The complex includes a large car park for 1,980 vehicles.

Tower A and Tower B are connected with an innovative lobby that creates a common covered passage between the two towers with 1,700 sq.m. of retail space. This space contains shops, restaurants and cafés, a state-of-the-art gym and conference rooms for the use of the complex tenants and visitors.

The new business complex, built on an area of 16 dunams (about four acres) is located in the larger BBC campus which overlooks the open green space of the Yarkon River Park. It is located near major routes and centers, a few minutes' walk from the light rail Red Line Station.

About building the towers

Ashtrom Contracting through its subsidiary Ashtrom Properties, as it does in all its projects, observed high safety and professional standards throughout the construction stages. These included demolition, excavation and walling, construction of infrastructure systems – plumbing, gas, electricity, communication and climate control – in all of the towers floors, and then finishing works, including tiling, painting, exteriors and landscaping.
