Project Description
Three residential towers – A and C with 40 floors each, and B with 37 floors – containing 453 luxury apartments at about 150 sqm per apartment. Also included are three parking levels – underground levels 1 and 2 are intended for private parking, and level 3 is for public parking.
The recreation area in underground level -2 contains a semi-Olympic swimming pool, gym, spa, treatment rooms and multifunctional halls. The ground level, spreading over an area of 49,000 sqm, will have ecological ponds, bicycle and running trails, refreshment kiosks, playgrounds, and a dog park.
To address the challenge of construction over a round rotating core, Ashtrom utilized a sliding platform, while refraining from damaging the facades of curtain walls by designing cranes that climb over the core.
Safety and professionalism above all
Ashtrom Contracting and Ashtrom Engineering ensured safe crane use by tying each crane to a sliding platform. The frame structure is reinforced by three rafts, restrained by 260cm piles with a volume of 3,600 cubic meters each. The towers’ frame is based on solid floors with an area of about 900 sqm per floor.
Construction is conducted using a peripheral construction protection system customary in towers for curtain wall construction. The system consists of 24 segments encompassing the entire tower, enabling the installation of two floor simultaneously, independently of each other.
Residents can monitor the project’s design plans, schedules, suppliers and products, and look at worksite photos via an online link. They also receive checklists at every stage of construction, and can submit reports about deficiencies or mark certain design plans.
