The project was building a luxury hotel with 1,000 rooms and suites for the Iberostar hotel chain in Jamaica.

The hotel project was carried out in three phases, consisting of the construction of the internal systems, the area development and landscaping, the building of the rooms, the public areas and their furnishing.

Building the hotel, characteristics and challenges

The work on the shell was performed using several tower cranes on site; the supply of materials to the site was a complex logistical operation.

The electro-mechanical works were performed with selected subcontractors, under the supervision of Ashtrom International's professional teams.
