Project Information

Hutzot HaMifratz is an open and expansive outlet center built on an area of 150 dunams (nearly 40 acres). Ashtrom Properties takes care to have in the complex a diverse, rich mix of retail shops: apparel and footwear, premium home design and furniture, cosmetics, leisure, and more. We also brought the retails giant Jumbo Greece, a huge department store that will soon open at a new 10,000 sq.m. location in the property.

Magnet for all residents of the North

Ashtrom Properties sees to it that Hutzot HaMifratz outlet center will attract customers from all the North who wish to shop and spend quality time in a center that answers all their needs. Out of this commitment, we integrated moving walkways and escalators for the convenience of shoppers, visitors and employees. The open theme of the property, which is its commercial format, provides a different sense of shopping and family leisure. We constantly improve the property and maintain it rigorously to make it one of Israel's most active centers, which it is. We also work to expand it so we can offer more companies and retail chains to take advantage of its commercial potential.

Ashtrom Properties is committed to accessibility – we've added about 850 free parking spaces to the original 2,550 spaces. Accessibility is also made easier due to the center's location in the industrial park of the same name, off Vulkan Intersection, Haifa, near the railway station of the same name, which is used as a major transfer point for passengers to and from Haifa. The Mevo Carmel Interchange, which runs into the new Tunnels Road, is just west of the center. Also, the Histadrut Interchange off Route 22, which bypasses the Krayot towns, is located near Hutzot HaMifratz center.
