The project consists of one particularly tall residential tower, rising to 255 meters above the entrance level. This 55-floor tower includes 279 apartments with balconies – 210 4-bedroom apartments, 60 3-bedroom apartments, and 9 penthouses, as well as a 5-level underground parking lot. When completed in 2023, it became the third tallest skyscraper and the tallest residential tower in Israel.

Hi Tower is located at the intersection of Ariel Sharon Street and Arvey Nachal Street in Givatayim, right on the border with Tel Aviv and in close proximity to the Stock Exchange, just 25 meters from Tel Aviv’s central train station (Savidor). By virtue of the tower’s unique design, most apartment owners from floor 7 and upwards can enjoy views of the Mediterranean.

Ashtrom Contracting, via subsidiary Ashtrom Engineering & Construction, adhered to strict safety and professional-conduct guidelines from the very first stages of demolition, shoring and excavation, to preparing internal systems in the residential floors, including plumbing, gas, electricity, communications, and air conditioning, and finally plaster work, flooring, painting, finishing work, and outdoor landscaping.
