HaYetzira project covers an area of 54,000 sq.m. It will contain offices and retail spaces of various sizes and purposes within a spacious, attentive design. Together with Ashtrom Properties' unique, technological service envelope, we will provide an answer in it for every need and requirement for the improvement of the daily experience of its tenants and visitors.

We believe very much in sustainable development and are designing the HaYetzira project to comply with the LEED Platinum standard – the globally recognized highest standard for green construction, and the highest in Israel. This project will make use of state of the art technologies, and we will launch an app for improving the daily experience of employees at the center. They will use Ashtrom HostTM to invite guests and allow them easy entry, reserve parking for them, report flaws and incidents and even reserve a table at the food court. Every detail in HaYetzira is taken into account with the foresight of creating a dynamic living experience that will answer every need, and more than this, of the users of the complex.
