The Courthouse, over an area of 4,400 square meters, houses the Magistrate Court, the Traffic Court, and the Regional Labor Court.

The structure comprises 3 floors, including a technical roof floor and one level of underground vehicle parking. The ground floor includes the Courthouse entrance, reception, and a cafeteria. All in all, the Courthouse contains 9 courtrooms.

The structure also includes 3 elevators – 2 public elevators and 1 secluded elevator for courthouse employees – a control and data center for security, and an air conditioning and fire suppression control system.

The structure is accessible for people with disabilities, and is technologically advanced. During its construction, Ashtrom used environmentally-friendly materials and focused on energy efficiency.
