Ashtrom Contracting through its subsidiary Ashtrom Engineering and Construction announces with pride the end of construction of the courthouse of the Magistrate's Court in Petah Tikva, Israel. Alongside the rigorous safety measures, the courthouse's construction was conducted at a high professional level throughout the phases of the project. This was true also upon its completion, with the smooth transfer of the building management to Ashtrom Contracting.
Project Description
The Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court, which is under the jurisdiction of the Central District, is where all the spectrum of legal cases are heard and deliberated. This includes civil proceedings, criminal proceedings, appellate committees, remands, family, juvenile, small claims, traffic courts and parole committees.
Several bus lines, such as 561 and 66, serve passengers from the courthouse to the city's central station in both directions.
Key to success
Ashtrom Group took on the construction of the courthouse of the Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court as a large-scale, multi-dimensional project that included partial funding, design, construction and a long-term commitment for the maintenance of the building.
The project won the State authorities' appreciation and recognition. They stated that Ashtrom Contracting, which won the project in a tender, worked "professionally, reliably and with dedication, not sparing the resources required in both the design phase and the construction phase."
The project was completed thanks to the close attention given to all the phases of planning and design, construction, quality control, meeting deadlines and rigorous observation of safety measures throughout the project's execution.
