HaOrgim complex will cover an area of 400,000 sq.m, and will consist of seven separate sub-complexes: public buildings, residences, business – all of them together. Each building will be smartly designed to provide precise response to the changing, dynamic needs of the residents and the complex's visitors.

Innovative, advanced neighborhood standard

We are planning the HaOrgim complex out of our commitment to create a comfortable and high quality living environment that takes into account both personal and professional needs. The urban design of the project will make use of elements of nature and heritage, such as the Negev Monument, and architectural values. We will create a new central circle around which the residences will be planned, with an internal leafy street to protect against the sun, with the businesses and the public building located nearby. The retail floor will be on the ground floor facing the circle, in the urban tradition, while the area facing the inside streets will contain micro-retail and entrances to the residences.

In this project we will realize our vision of creating places that people enjoy being in them around the clock. The new circle will be used as a focal point for activity and where users of the area will congregate. The residents and visitors will also enjoy the greenery and lush expanses, as we will reconnect the French Commando Park to Kadum River through a central avenue with a dry river bed running along the complex.
