The project takes up 11,000 sqm and includes 2 residential towers with 17 floors above ground level, and 2 residential buildings with 8 floors above a commerce level – a total of 183 apartments, most of which are 2- or 3-bedroom apartments with upgraded specifications. The complex also includes an office building with 6 floors above commerce level and an underground parking lot with one level for public use. The entire parking lot, serving the complex’s towers and buildings, has 3 underground levels.

Housing alongside commerce and nature conservation

Constructing the complex was a multi-faceted challenge, starting with the demolition of the old Golf compound and erecting the framework, through the excavation and shoring stages, on to installing raft foundations for the five buildings, and concluding with cladding the structures and the completing the finishing stages of construction.

A project combining housing, commerce, offices, and nature is always intricate and challenging. Its construction entailed cladding curtain walls, a procedure that requires careful consideration of every small detail and longer timetables. The lobby alone, for example, required Dekton cladding, installation of lighting fixtures, and marble polishing. Another important aspect of the work was planning and executing the landscaping, and preserving the existing eucalyptus trees at the center of the complex.
