This very large project is located at the exit of the city and consists of 13 13-story residential towers with 813 apartments of 3-6 rooms each, including garden apartments and penthouse apartments. The project is established as part of the Homebuyer's Price program of the Ministry of Construction and Housing. 70% of the apartments in the project are designated for program beneficiaries and the remainder, about 230 apartments, are sold on the free market.

The neighborhood is characterized by environmental planning that includes new educational institutions, HMO clinics, a neighborhood business center, green lungs, playgrounds, drugstores and retail chains.

The new residential complex is located near the Ono Academic College campus, with access to public transportation and proximity to the major traffic arteries and the light rail line, a short drive from Tel Aviv.

Building a mega project in four years

The answer to the question of how the construction of such a large residential project is possible in a relatively short period of four years is the execution capability of Ashtrom Group, which is a leader in the Israeli construction industry. Unlike other projects of similar scale, all the buildings of Pardess Kiriat Ono were erected in parallel – from the foundation piles and shells to the finishing works – also thanks to an unprecedented number of tower cranes working together at the site.

As this was a mega project, Ashtrom Contracting, through its subsidiary Ashtrom Engineering and Construction, rigorously implemented safety, lateral management, tight logistical planning, dedicated quality assurance department, optimal distribution of the contracting works and maximum agility.
