Project Description
The project comprises one residential tower with 58 floors plus parking levels. Luxury 2- and 3-bedroom apartments are available in the building’s top floors. The main access route to the work site is from Arlozorov Street, which is also used for bringing in finishing supplies and for garbage disposal.
Ashtrom has set an ambitious goal of completing a floor in eight days by industrializing work on site as much as possible. The means to achieving this are transporting core formwork using climbing crane platforms, transporting formwork for residential protected spaces, transporting concrete using a static pump and a climbing placement arm, and lifting iron and other elements using cranes, all while using an RCS-P perimeter protection system.
All the advantages in one location
Ashtrom Contracting, via its subsidiary Ashtrom Engineering, adheres to strict safety and professional-conduct guidelines from the very first stages of excavation, piling, casting of flooring, columns and ceiling, and later on during infrastructure preparation for each apartment’s internal systems (including plumbing, gas, electricity, communications, air conditioning, etc.), as well as during plaster work, flooring, plaster board installation, painting and landscaping. Throughout the entire project, Ashtrom Contracting takes great care to
meticulously plan the construction and repeatedly examine deficiencies during the work and in its final stages.
For the residents’ convenience, they are sent a link with their portfolio through which they can monitor signatures and view all the material easily and efficiently. Residents can also use preprepared checklists for each construction stage, and report deficiencies and/or mark a certain plan.
