Ashtrom Contracting, via its subsidiary Ashtrom Engineering, adheres to strict safety and professional-construction guidelines throughout the project – from framework and partitioning, through work on the apartments’ internal systems (like plumbing, electricity, gas, communication, air conditioning, etc.), all the way to plaster work, flooring, aluminum work, internal doors, and more.

Ashtrom Contracting maintains meticulous planning and execution and conducts repeated testing for deficiencies during the work and all the way to the final construction stages.
