Beit HaGavish ("Crystal House") is located in the quiet northern part of Netanya, near the industrial park. One added value is the plenty of available parking spaces and the fact that it is open on weekends. It is located at the northern part of Poleg industrial park, adjacent to major roads and the Coastal Highway (Route 2) and its beautiful and distinctive spiral shape is easy to catch from a distance. We've also given much thought about its interior and invested in designing spaces that provide a touch of quality to its users, whether employees or shoppers.

Morning to evening experience

Beit HaGavish consists of four floors, each about 3,000 sq.m. in area. Ashtrom Properties is constantly improving the property and takes care to sign leases with leading companies and brands. The top two floors are leased by the online retail giant eBay; the first floor is occupied by sports brands such as Adidas, Reebok and Mega Sport. The ground floor is occupied by the international sports equipment giant Decathlon.

Our desire in developing Beit HaGavish was to create a center that caters to tenants' convenience and employee well being. Having placed service quality as our top priority, and thinking outside of the box, we built running tracks, a sports hall and a huge gym – these not only serve the center's users but also correspond with the resident sports brands and provide an eventful, balanced and productive work environment.
