Carmiel Logistic Center covers an area of about 7,000 sqm, dedicated to logistic operations. The compound, comprising 3 structures, is equipped with highly advanced logistic operation systems, is energy efficient, and houses a solar production system on its rooftops, for a sustainable environment.

Operations in the compound are conducted from A to Z, meaning the entire logistic chain is performed on site, from container collection at the port to product distribution to stores and/or private consumers, including container unloading and product receipt at the logistic center using WMS – an advanced, cutting-edge warehouse management system.

The logistic center houses some of Israel’s leading companies, such as On Cloud shoes, toy suppliers – Star, Spark, Diamant, and others. All in all, 18 companies store and manage their inventory in the compound. An Israel Railways’ cargo terminal is expected to be opened in the compound’s vicinity in the near future.

Construction infrastructure for a logistic center

Ashtrom Properties adhered to strict safety measures throughout the project, from the shoring and excavation stage to the more advanced stages of construction, like concrete columns, constructive internal walls, and concrete ceilings.

The logistic center, built to the professional standards that characterize large industrial centers in Israel and worldwide, includes all the plumbing, electricity, air conditioning and energy infrastructures required for its operation.

Ashtrom Properties meticulously planned and executed the work, while performing comprehensive tests and repairing deficiencies throughout the project – from infrastructure preparation to finishing work and external development.
