Beresheet luxury spa hotel spreads out over a 13,159-sqm area containing 111 villa rooms, including suites, garden or balcony rooms, desert-view rooms, and 39 private-pool rooms. The hotel’s central building offers a lobby, a dining room and gourmet restaurant, spa, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, machine and electrical rooms, utility area, and more.

The main construction challenge was assimilating it into the desert landscape by hiding the infrastructure systems and excavating into the cliff face. Another challenge was transportation and work over an immense 50,000-sqm area.

Construction in a unique environment

The hotel’s location on the cliffs of Mitzpe Ramon, overlooking Ramon Crater, posed some engineering complications, from the excavation and infrastructure preparation stage, to work on the hotel’s internal systems (like plumbing, electricity, gas, communication, air conditioning, etc.), plaster work, flooring, aluminum work, and landscaping.
