Project Information

The compound comprises two adjacent lots with a total area of about 14,500 sqm, over which two industrial structures were constructed with an area of about 7,000 sqm.

The compound houses food-industry renters who produce their food products on site, including Pri Tal of the Aroma Group, and Dr. Marks’ Bakery – providing select breads to the largest supermarkets in Israel.

Beit Shemesh Compound is located in Beit Shemesh West Industrial Park, south of Road 38 with quick access to Road 1. The compound’s main advantage is its strategic central location, facilitating quick and efficient distribution to all of Israel.

Solar rooftops help store energy and produce significant electricity savings, allowing renters to enjoy fixed-rate electricity through all hours of the day and night.

Beit Shemesh West Industrial Park is one of three industrial parks in Beit Shemesh, characterized by the combination of factories and workshops.
