Ashtrom Rental – developer, marketer, and manager of residential complexes for long-term rent – is proud to present the Kasser House project in Tel Aviv’s Neve Ofer neighborhood. The project’s purpose is to construct affordable housing combined with public services, and to preserve an existing historic structure.

Project Information

The project comprises 200 residential units for long-term rent, in proximity to Kasser House, a historic preservation building built in the 19th century.

Neve Ofer neighborhood is in the midst of a significant urban renewal process. Its location – close to Yafo in the west and to Florentin neighborhood in the north – is a considerable draw for both the young and older populations. It also enjoys excellent access to transportation, in virtue of its proximity to main thoroughfares such as Ayalon Highways and Road 4, to the Light Rail (the red and green lines are planned to pass through the outskirts of the neighborhood) and to bicycle lanes. Another advantage is the many green and public spaces available in the neighborhood.

The Tel Aviv Municipality is committed to developing the neighborhood and to investing in education, infrastructure, cultural events, and more. Activities in the local community center have also been expanded for the benefit of children and grownups alike, which is yet another reason, besides the relatively low rent for Tel Aviv, to come live here.
