Project Information
The complex consists of three 22-floor buildings with 280 residential units for rent, 140 of them intended for long-term rent for the eligible. It offers a varied mix of apartments – from very small apartments only 68 sqm in size, to very spacious apartments 110 sqm in size and more.
Construction work will commence in September 2024, and occupancy is expected three years later, in September 2027.
The complex is located between the city cluster of Be’er Ya’akov, Ness Ziona, Ramla, Lod, and Rishon LeZion. It is also close to main thoroughfares such as Road 44, Road 431, and Road 1, to Israel Railways, and in the future also to the Light Rail.
