Bat Yam Mall has 28,000 sq.m. of retail space over three retail floors. We brought to the mall some of the most regarded Israeli and international brands, and these occupy the 120 shops at the mall. Among the tenants are lifestyle, entertainment, fashion, cosmetic and other brands. We also brought to the mall a Freshmarket supermarket, which operates on about 5,000 sq.m. of the ground floor space. This anchor tenant attracts high volumes of traffic to the mall.

The property is located near the ramp to Ayalon Highway (Route 20), the Yoseftal Interchange, and is within a 10-minute walking distance from the Yoseftal Railway Station, four minutes of walk from the light rail and near a planned metro station.
