The project consists of two 17-floor office towers with a commercial ground floor, and a one-level commercial building between them containing stores, restaurants, and cafés. The towers are constructed over a 3.5-level underground parking lot, with an area of about 19,000 sqm.

The office towers are located between the cities of Rishon LeZion, Be’er Ya’akov, Ness Ziona, Ramla, and Lod. It is also close to main thoroughfares like Road 44, Road 431, Road 1, the railway, and in the future the Light Rail as well.

The complex’s engineering and architectural planning and design were carefully thought out, from the early excavation and shoring stage to the final finishing work. The two buildings contain offices over a total area of 38,000 sqm with modular division, and a stylish lobby with 5 office elevators, 2 elevators, and a service elevator.
