The complex is located in western Haifa’s Kiryat Eliezer neighborhood, named after Eliezer Kaplan – Deputy Prime Minister and Israel’s first Economy Minister– with green vegetation and a main avenue constructed in the 1950s.

Today, Kiryat Eliezer is one of Haifa’s most well-known neighborhoods, as it was constructed over the former eponymous football stadium. It is also known for its proximity to the beach and the southern entrance to Haifa.

It is accessible by public transport (buses, train, and Metronit), and is in walking distance from Bat Galim Beach and the renovated commercial center on Mayerhoff Square.
