Arlozorov Tower
Arlozorov Tower
Israel, Tel Aviv Jaffa
residential neighborhoods
Completed
Project Description
The project consists of a luxury residential tower with 29 floors and a 2-floor perimeter block, with 131 apartments and penthouses and three underground parking levels. The center of the tower introduces a transparent atrium with a glass ceiling and transparent elevators that go all the way to the top floor and overlook the city. Ashtrom Contracting and its subsidiary Ashtrom Engineering & Construction had met the project’s challenging timetables throughout all project stages – from frame construction and internal system installation, to cladding floor lobbies in veneer, flooring (in the apartments as well as in public spaces), elevator shafts, and even development work such as installing playground equipment, laying the grass turf, and casting the terrazzo pavement.
Milestones
The Arlozorov residential tower was characterized by complex and challenging construction work. Development work included casting walls and sealing work, as well as strengthening and sealing the fire-truck area. Elevator work included strips, lintels and wall cladding. Floor lobby work consisted of closing plaster board ceilings, creating wall-support structures, creating concrete lintels for all entrance doors, etc. In addition, all aluminum, electricity, plumbing and infrastructure work in the building was completed.
