The project comprises three commerce and office buildings with 7-11 floors each, with about 45,000 sqm for offices and workspaces, and about 4,500 sqm for commerce, recreation and entertainment. The business park is located at the intersection of the area’s three large cities: Yehud, Kiryat Ono, and Or Yehuda.

In terms of transport, the business park is located next to the future Light Rail’s purple line station; to Road 461 which leads to Road 4 and Road 6; to Ben Gurion Airport, Tel HaShomer Hospital and Bar Ilan University; and accessible to all forms of public transport.

Green and Functional

The buildings’ architecture is functional and flexible, to suit the needs of the workplace and its employees. Design modularity is integrated into every floor in accordance with need – open space or private offices.

All three buildings have a timeless design with a uniform visual language. The entrance lobby is spacious and includes a lavish and verdant internal courtyard, alongside a commerce floor with shops, cafés and restaurants.

Other characteristics of the business park are materials such as glass and aluminum, green construction that filters out the sun and reduces heat penetration into office spaces, curtain walls that reduce electricity consumption, underground parking suitable for vehicles and

bicycles, an accessible rooftop for the employees’ use, a gym and furnished dressing rooms, and shaded and spacious seating areas.
