A letter of request signed by the chairman/CEO or an authorized official on behalf of the association, signed and certified by an attorney

Updated confirmation of withholding tax exemption

Updated and valid income tax confirmation of proper bookkeeping

Valid proper management confirmation from the Registrar of Associations

Updated confirmation of recognition as a public institution according to Section 46 of the Income Tax Ordinance. (In the absence of this confirmation, please provide an explanation why it was not provided)

A copy of the association's articles of association

It should be noted that the submission of the application and the confirmations mentioned above does not form any undertaking by the ASHTROM group to provide support and/or donation. Each application will be examined separately and individually in accordance with the group's donation and cooperation policy.
